Webb Wildlife Center near Garnet, SC: 77 species were seen and/or heard on a rainy (a.m. - Noon, scattered showers after 1 p.m.) day. The most interesting were:

  • 1 Wood Stork
  • 1 Wood Thrush
  • 2 American Redstarts
  • 2 Red - Cockaded Woodpeckers (feeding babies in nest)
  • 3 Bachman's Sparrows
  • 3 Yellow - Throated Vireos
  • 4 White - Eyed Vireos
  • 5 Eastern Kingbirds
  • 6 Bob Whites
  • 6 Red - Headed Woodpeckers
  • 6 Wild Turkeys
  • 10 Painted Buntings
  • 10 Prothonotary Warblers
  • 10 Red - Eyed Vireos
  • 10 Yellow - Breasted Chats
  • 10 Yellow - Throated Warblers
  • 15 Blue Grosbeaks
  • 20 Eastern Bluebirds
  • 20 Northern Parula Warblers
