Beginning April 3, 2017, the Charleston County Park & Recreation Commission will transition to a new pass membership system, US eDirect Recreation Dynamics. Customers will experience a more user-friendly interface, and the new system will:

- Provide pass holders with a single card for all of their pass memberships (e.g., Waterpark, Gold Pass, Fishing, Wall, Equestrian). This pass will be scanned at the park for easy use or access. We will no longer be issuing hang tags for Gold Passes or issuing passes with a photo of the member appearing on the pass. Photos for some passes will still be required, but will only appear in the system upon scanning the pass at the park.

- Renew existing pass memberships online quickly. This supports our stewardship efforts to use existing pass cards for multiple years.

- Deactivate and replace lost park passes efficiently and quickly.

Current Gold Pass members will receive a new membership card upon renewal of their Gold Pass.

As we prepare for the opening of the waterparks on May 6, we encourage you to purchase the Super or Basic Splash passes for your family to enjoy all season. Starting this season, each Splash Pass issued must be assigned to a specific person on your account with a photo of them. When purchasing your 2017 Splash Pass at the parks please be prepared to have a photo taken of each person. For this reason, we will no longer be offering the Splash Plus program. This change will provide enhanced privacy and security for each pass holder.

We hope our new system and the associated changes to our park membership passes will enhance your experience of doing business with us and allow you to enjoy all that our park system has to offer the community.
