Charleston County Park & Recreation Commission is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide an integrated system to meet its functional needs now and in the foreseeable future. Charleston County Park & Recreation Comission (hereafter referred to as 'CCPRC') made the decision to release a comprehensive Request for Proposals to software vendors in order to replace existing systems that support the financial and other administrative functions of the CCPRC.
Firms wishing to submit a proposal must receive a copy of the Request for Proposal from CCPRC. To receive a copy of the Request for Proposal, contact Ms. Sharon Rush, Charleston County Park & Recreation Commission, 861 Riverland Drive, Charleston, SC 29412 or by calling 843-762-8051.
Proposals should be submitted no later than 2:00PM EST on November 24, 2009 as outlined in the RFP.
